New Delhi, September 15, 2021: Consumer Affairs Committee of PHDCCI is organizing Consumer Confidence Conclave 2021 on 17th September 2021 from 11:00 am till 2:00 pm. The conclave will contribute to the body of knowledge on the key factors that affect customer trust and loyalty in e-commerce. The technical sessions aim to create informative perspectives on product trust, and promoting quality and safety for the online consumer in the rapidly growing e-commerce sector in India.
Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti, Minister of State in the Ministry of Rural Development and Ministry Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India is the Chief Guest and Ms. Nidhi Khare, IAS, Additional Secretary (Consumer Affairs), Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India is the Guest of Honour during the Conclave.
The objective of the Conclave is to access best practices for e-commerce consumers and discuss the role the government and other stakeholders must play to protect their interest. As the number and nature of the transactions change the focus on Consumer-Centric approaches and strategies will help develop reliable and long-lasting relationships.
