The inaugural day of the 10th Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit witnessed leading business magnates committing to investments surpassing $62 billion (₹5 lakh crore). They praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his foresight and for establishing a structured system that has elevated this to a worldwide occasion.

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the tenth Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit (VGSS) in Gandhinagar, encouraging individuals to aspire high, stating, “Your aspirations are Modi’s determination.”

“The larger your aspiration, the stronger my determination will be. There are ample opportunities to dream and the capability to realize those dreams is also present,” PM Modi expressed, wrapping up his approximately 25-minute address in Hindi at Mahatma Mandir.

The event was attended by numerous leaders from countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Mozambique, Timor-Leste, Czech Republic, Japan, Nepal, Estonia, Morocco, and Vietnam, along with industry tycoons and hundreds of attendees from India and overseas.

“India’s priorities are very clear. India’s priorities are sustainable industry, infrastructure, and manufacturing. Today, India’s priorities are new-age skills, futuristic technology, AI and innovation, green hydrogen, renewable energy, semiconductors and its ecosystem,” Modi said.

Explaining the reasons behind India’s growth, PM Modi said, “All of you are well aware of the global situation. In such a scenario, if India’s economy is showing resilience and momentum, it is because of our focus on structural reforms in the last 10 years. These reforms have increased the capabilities and competitiveness of the Indian economy.”
