New Delhi : The e-RUPI is a significant revolutionary step to enhance the digitization process of the country, which is already moving with leaps and bounces, year after year, according to PHDCCI.
The digital transactions in India are more than 25 billion as compared with around 15 billion in China and 1.6 billion in the USA, said Sanjay Aggarwal, President, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The e-RUPI will help in enhancing the percolation of various schemes of the Government at the ground level. It will speed up as well as ease the process of social welfare schemes and also help increase the private sector’s efficiency in corporate social responsibility activities, Mr Aggarwal said.
The step would be revolutionary for further enhancing good governance by effectively managing the public resources and bringing together the beneficiaries and service providers through digitization, Mr Aggarwal added.
