The new link is expected to significantly reduce travel time and fuel consumption, allowing commuters to complete the Mumbai-Pune journey in nearly 90 minutes.<br>Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Sunetra Pawar, along with several ministers and senior officials, were present at the inauguration ceremony. Following the launch, Chief Minister Fadnavis personally drove on the newly opened stretch to review the project, accompanied by Eknath Shinde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hailing the Mumbai-Pune Expressway Missing Link, Rohit Gupta, Managing Director, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mantraproperties.in\/\">Mantra group<\/a> said on Friday that it will be a structural positive for Pune\u2019s real estate market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By cutting travel time and making the Mumbai\u2013Pune corridor smoother and safer, it strengthens Pune\u2019s appeal for both end-users and investors from Mumbai, he noted in a statement here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We expect more Mumbai-based buyers to evaluate Pune seriously, not just as a second-home or investment market, but also as a realistic migration option for better lifestyle, larger homes and long-term value creation. This improved connectivity will support demand across Pune\u2019s growth corridors and reinforce the city\u2019s position as one of India\u2019s most attractive real estate markets,&#8221;said Gupta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Missing Link project has been developed by the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation.
