The conclave will contribute to the body of knowledge on the key factors that affect customer trust and loyalty in e-commerce. The technical sessions aim to create informative perspectives on product trust, and promoting quality and safety for the online consumer in the rapidly growing e-commerce sector in India.<\/p>\n<p>Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti, Minister of State in the Ministry of Rural Development and Ministry Consumer Affairs, Food &amp; Public Distribution, Government of India is the Chief Guest and Ms. Nidhi Khare, IAS, Additional Secretary (Consumer Affairs), Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Government of India is the Guest of Honour during the Conclave.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The objective of the Conclave is to access best practices for e-commerce consumers and discuss the role the government and other stakeholders must play to protect their interest. As the number and nature of the transactions change the focus on Consumer-Centric approaches and strategies will help develop reliable and long-lasting relationships.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is multi regulation in the Indian online e-commerce space and these may not help build the potential of MSME to get complete handholding from these platforms and explore new market space. The government should look at successful models world over and let the seller and consumer come up with models building trust. . I am happy that PHD Chamber of Commerce is organizing this webinar at a time when India&#8217;s &#8216;value e-commerce&#8217; market can reach $40 billion by 2030.\u201d and India increases its exports,\u00a0<strong>said\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Dr Aruna Sharma,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Former Secretary, Government of India<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As the consumers world-over are experiencing the value of online purchases it is necessary to shore up their confidence in e-commerce.
