Senses rises to a new high, Nifty above 12,700<\/p>\n
Mumbai : Financials, RIL led the market rally as 17 of the 30 Sensex stocks ended in green at close of the day.<\/p>\n
The 30-pack Sensex touched a high of 43,522.25 and a low of 43,053.37 to finally settle at 43,443.00.<\/p>\n
ICICI Bank, RIL, Axis Bank, Bajaj Finance and Infosys were the major Index contributers.<\/p>\n
Among the top Index gainers were Bajaj Finserv (3.84), Tata Steel (3.12 per cent), ICICI Bank (2.03 per cent).<\/p>\n
