With an eye on profitable returns, Indian nationals have already invested a whopping 16,800 Crores Rupees in Dubai\u2019s realty in just the first nine months of 2018, as per the statistics issued by Department of Real Estate Studies & Research, Dubai Land Department. Indian buyers have been consistently the highest foreign investors in the emirate\u2019s realty on the back of Dubai\u2019s strategic location, high investment and rental yields, capital appreciation and regulations making it an attractive proposition.<\/p>\n
The numbers are expected to increase further at the Dubai Land Department\u2019s annual Dubai Property Show in Mumbai, which will return to India for the fourth time from 7th -9th December. The exhibition presenting an exclusive showcase of Dubai real-estate will be held at Bandra Kurla Complex (MMRDA Grounds) in Mumbai and bring together renowned developers such as Nakheel, Falconcity of Wonders, Sobha Realty, Gemini Properties amongst other prominent Dubai developers.<\/p>\n
Properties on offer will range from budget to luxury apartments to villas to beach properties to furnished apartments and commercial properties. The exhibition aims to bring together Dubai real estate experts, developers and consultants all under one roof for seamless interaction with the potential Indian investors.<\/p>\n
Globally, this is the 10thedition of the Dubai Property Show which has already had a successful run in London and China this year.<\/p>\n

\u201cOptimism is also very high, as the real estate market gears up for a new phase of growth in the run-up to Expo 2020 which will further strengthen the economic gains of realty investment in Dubai now and in the next couple of years\u201d, added Gupta.<\/p>\n
To educate the buyers, there will be free seminars at Dubai Property Show by qualified professionals about investing in property in the UAE, upcoming hotspots and financing. Free legal services will also be available to help visitors understand legal matters related to UAE real estate laws, rules and regulations, new purchases and tenancy laws.<\/p>\n
