Affle (India) Limited (Affle), a global technology platform company, announced that they have acquired the complete Commerce business which includes the re-targeting media business and push notifications CRM platform business of Vizury Interactive Solutions Private Limited operating under the brand \u201cVizury\u201d (Vizury\u2019s Commerce Business). Also, as part of the transaction,\u00a0other assets and customer contracts related to this business would also be transferred to Affle and all team members of Vizury\u2019s Commerce business will now join Affle.<\/p>\n

This acquisition is intended to strengthen Affle\u2019s Consumer Platform propositions through which it currently delivers consumer acquisitions, engagements and transactions through relevant mobile advertising.<\/p>\n

Vizury\u00a0Interactive Solutions Private Limited\u00a0is a data-driven marketing company with\u00a0two business lines of which the Vizury\u2019s Commerce Business is being acquired by Affle. Vizury Commerce has\u00a0a strong business in India, Middle East Africa (MEA), United States and other markets.<\/p>\n

This acquisition comes soon after Affle Global Private Limited\u2019s acquisition of the \u2018Markt\u2019 platform in March 2018 to expand its Online to Offline (O2O) commerce enablement platform proposition for enterprises.<\/p>\n
