India INX has announced the launch of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and 100% wholly owned\u00a0 subsidiary,\u00a0India\u00a0INX Global Access IFSC Limited\u00a0(\u201cGlobal Access\u201d) to facilitate access to global exchange markets through a single centralized platform.\u00a0Global Access is a pioneering venture \u2013 the first of its kind from India\u00a0<\/strong>and IFSC GIFT City to offer access to products traded on international exchanges shall greatly benefit India INX\u2019s members and their clients.<\/p>\n

Global Access shall provide its customers a unified single-window interface for trading on CME Group Exchanges, thereby decreasing their overall costs of accessing global markets from IFSC GIFT City. India INX Global Access aims to become the leading financial services provider in IFSC GIFT City in the years ahead by facilitating a centralized access to international financial markets for its customers. This shall provide a competitive and sustainable value proposition for India INX\u2019s members and their clients through efficient access to global markets.<\/p>\n

Global Accessthrough its \u201cGA\u00a0Remote Connect\u201d initiative can provide access to international exchanges whose respective securities or derivatives market regulator is a signatory to International Organisation of Securities Commission\u2019s Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (IOSCO\u2019s MMOU) in accordance with applicable regulatory framework. As a first step towards fulfilling its vision, India INX GA offers its clients access to CME Group Inc., the world\u2019s leading and most diverse exchange through its global Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) and CME Clearing Member, Marex Spectron.<\/p>\n
