The India International Exchange Limited (India INX), India\u2019s first international exchange based in the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) has been notified as a \u2018recognised stock exchange\u2019 by the Central Government for the purpose of clause (d) of proviso to sub-section (5) of Section 43 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 with effect from date of publication of notification in the official gazette.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
