Existing investors Network18 Media and Investments Limited and Stripes have also participated in the Series D fund raise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas team advising Bigtree Entertainment Private Limited was led by\u00a0Vishruta Kaul, and includes\u00a0Manav Chadha and Manu Gupta. Amit Khansaheb provided strategic inputs on the transaction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Other legal advisors involved in the transaction were Veritas Legal who advised TPG and Nishith Desai Associates who advised Stripes. The Veritas Legal team comprised of, Nandish Vyas,\u00a0Tushar Raut and Akash Karmakar. The team from Nishith Desai Associates comprised of Ruchir Sinha, and Dipanshu Singhal. Existing investor Accel Partners was advised by Srinivas Katta, Indus Law and its in-house counsel.
