CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India), the apex body of private Real Estate developers in India, is holding its 18th edition of NATCON – the annual international convention, from 2-4 August, 2018 at Berlin, Germany. The 3-day convention is set to host over 1000 real estate developers from 100 cities – the highest ever turnout in the history of the conference.
This is the first time, CREDAI has associated with three knowledge partners; JLL, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, to release a consolidated report –“Decoding the Real Estate of Today”, highlighting key insights on the Indian real estate sector.
With the theme of ‘Break the Stereotypes’, this year’s edition of NATCON aims at bringing innovation and breakthrough technology to the fore with the real estate industry to innovate and adopt new technology to cater to the dynamic needs of homebuyers. NATCON 2018, authored by CREDAI Gujarat, promises to offer a 3 -day knowledge sharing platform on the latest industry data, technology advancements, study tours and industry benchmarks to its esteemed delegates and members.
Eminent speakers at the event include Renu Sud Karnad, MD, HDFC Ltd., Pradeep Pant, EX EVP & President, APAC EMEA, Mondelez; Sergei Tchoban, Architect BDA, Tchoban Voss Architekten, among others, who will be deliberating over the real estate environment and its outlook in India. The key sessions of the two day convention will also focus on some of the most important trends in the industry, led by discussions on key themes such as RERA, Co-working spaces and the future of Indian realty.
